Should I be careful washing my hair since it's finally starting to knot up naturally. I typically just, you know, wash my hair rigorously. Should I be gentle or just keep doing what i've done? Plus, when I dry it should I stop drying by rigorously moving the towel on my hair, will it help it knot or take out the knots that are there? Any help please? Much metta

pick a direction, clockwise or counter, and stick with that every time. just wash the scalp and go in little circles around the head. being rough won't hurt the process, and it will probably be better than babying your hair

Your responses are very much appreciated. Thank you kindly. I hope to meet both of you at a festival someday. I'm from Ohio so most of my festivals consist of Hookah shows where I dress like a clown for a charity group called Kidz Jam. Hopefully we run into eachother. Thanks again. Much metta
