I'm an American citizen looking to go to college in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the University of Toronto. I've decided that the tuition is small enough, especially after converted to US currency, that it wouldn't be that bad to take the hit and go entirely with loans.

But I'd really like some grants and breaks.

Is anyone familiar enough with this situation of Canadian-bound international students to be able to give me a tip or two on how I could go about getting a break or two?

Thank you, however I looked there and found only that as an international student I'm not eligible for the financial aid offered. I'm only eligible for loans offered by the US gov't. =/
