Episodes I-III

In Star Wars are too fucking long to watch that terrible acting. The worst of all of them is the main character!!!! Now that I've seen a couple of the original episodes (I don't remember which ones), I see what a crap job Lucas did. What a waste of time. *is angry that it's on the tv right now instead of something good*

 

totally. the turd who plays anakin in ep 2 is about as engaging as a wooden plank with a face drawn on it. didn't watch episode 3.

 

He looked pretty in Episode III which is why I didn't walk out of the theatre. Thank god I have a vagina and find myself attracted to men, or that would've been a huge waste of $3.50 (aaaahhhh, Saturday matinee). But yeah, he's a shit actor. All he can do is whine hardcore and that is SO annoying.

 

Geezus fucking methusala, the credits are even longer than the goddamned movie! (EP II is the current bitch of the day)

i sat through about 5 minutes of episode 1 and proceeded to say "fuck it" and watch something entertaining instead. haven't seen either of the other 2

 

I prefer the older episodes

 

Darth Vader was a whiner... No wonder Luke turned out to be one too...thank god Leia got her mother's good sense...

Yeah, I prefer episodes IV-VI...and it has nothing to do with Han Solo...:whistling

Each movie only had one redeemable scene or so.

man...if I didn't love 4-6 soooo much! Those 3 new ones almost would have wrecked the whole star wars deal for me...thankfully I view them as completley seperate.

The latest episodes are shitty

I love star wars though When I was little I used to have star wars marathons and make my auntie tell me which star wars video was which, and which one had the teddy bears

Episode I and II were the biggest disappointments of my life. Episode III was a bit better, but maybe thats because it was so highly anticipated.

Plus Hayden Christensen was so pretty, I wasn't even listening to him (which made it alot easier).

He may be even sexier than Hayden Christensen.

But what about Yoda? He rocks. But he's sorta the grandad u wish u had, with the voice and all Nah, Yodas not too sexy...

I like only the original two. Empire Strikes Back being my favorite, but the second act of any play is usually the best.

Anything involving the Muppets forward sucked shit. The dialog was atrocious, sounded like something written by a 12 year old dungeons and dragons fan. And the whole thing about the force being some kind of genetic thing as opposed to spiritual is total bs.

 

Well then you'll be happy to know that spike tv is going to play all 6 episodes of Star Wars including Revenge of the Sith in the upcoming week

That was his job to act like a whiny baby. You're not supposed to like him. He's the hero, but you know he's the villian. I think he did great potraying the character as it was to be.

Star Wars has more back story and history to each character than most stories have to an entire cast of characters. To say Lucas did a crap job is a bit much.

Also, you can't view them as completely seperate. They were written together, in orde, I'm pretty sure. Lucas did 4-6 first because he was in financial trouble and didn't feel he could afford to do 1-3 the way they needed to be done.

His problem was waiting 20 years between releases, honestly.
