depends...if you're really interested in strongman stuff, i'd check out a local competition. its pretty cool stuff. you do have to train the events to get good at them, but if you put the work into it, i don't see why you couldn't compete

yea, its takes a while for a woman to gain muscle - you gals just dont' have the Test levels to do so. but in time, you'll gain. what do ya do for training right now ?
I run a lot, though that's just something I enjoy doing (I know, hard to believe) But I have some weights that I lift, like 10 and 15 pounds when put together, but hey, I'm getting up there... I'm going to get a punching bag though because those are so fun, my dad had one and I loved punching it, though it wouldn't move, it was still fun... That's about it.. I want to get a muscular stomach but I hate, hate doing crunches and crap like that.. Any tips?
