i use lysol too. i dont know of things that get rid of it quickly, but u can always mask it with incense or a bag of popcorn.
Think physical/mechanical, a fan directed air current. Purifiers and ionizers work but take a while. Any chemical cover/neutralizer is best applied simutaneous with the offending oderant, such as a highly scented aroma candle, incense, or febreze. And follow with some additional neutralizer.
If it won't go away, try washing some of the things in the room. Like if it's your bedroom try washing your sheets, etc. Living rooms try cleaning the curtains somehow, and beat out the pillows.
I've got a HEPA filter, a fan in the window and occasionally use ozium. The fan in the window is the best thing to do. Send the smoke the hell out of the house . . .
