Well, its hard to say, because my hymen was broken four times.

The first time i was five and i was playing on a life sized cannon monument at a park i was having my birthday it. I fell and when i did i straddled part of it, and part of my hymen was broken. I just remember excruciating pain, and i couldnt walk for nearly 2 weeks without crying the whole time.

The second time, when i was 12, i was raped. This took the biggy, ive gotta say. I was drugged but i still remember everything. It was like my whole lower body was flinching and I was ripping in two. The attack didnt last long, so not all of it was broken, but i did bleed tremendously for a few days after.

The third time was my own fault, i was masturbating and got really into it, and it felt a sort of like if you have a cut and you pull it in two different directions (a ripping / popping / stingy feeling). It didnt hurt very bad, and it didnt last longer than about a minute.

The last time (i stil had some hymen left somehow... i suppose i had some sort of super-bitch-of-steel for a vagina guard, eh?) It was when my boyfriend and i (now husband) first had sex. It did hurt, but it wasnt like the kind of hurt i felt before. This time it hurt because my muscles had to stretch around to fit his penis inside me, and since most of my hymen was gone, the ripping feeling was hardley even noticeable.

So long story short - yes. It hurt very much for my vagina to break all 4 times.
