people who don't want to be responsible, in the sense of self-diciplined, want there to be big events no one has any control over so they can say "look, it doesn't make any difference what "i" do anyway". which is of course patent nonsense, because all of us togather, MAKE, the kind of "world" we all have to live in. (which includes the capacity for destroying it ourselves, which in a sense, well it's that thoughtlessness ITSELF, that is moving us in the direction of doing so. propelled by the incentive of 'i don't care as long as i get mine'. little realizing or recognizing, appearantly, that however much or little any of us 'get', we all 'get' the same world to have to live in.)
people do, from time to time, wake up to this to some degree, and it is quite possible, i mean we seem to be forcing the kind of critical mass that will force us to wake up that way. if we do, we all win, or at least some of us survive. it we don't, well, it'll still be OUR OWN doing, not by how anything else feels about us, but by our own doing it ourselves.

according to the alphabet these are the letters corresponding values...

H=8
I=9
T=20
L=12
E=5
R=18

now his name adds up to 72.. (pretty nice value)
so now hitler was 56 years old when he died, so ..

72*56= 4032 (another stunning value!)

now hitler always had a thing for twins.. so..

4032/2 = 2016

and there you have it.. the world will end in 2016...

so to all of you guys that think its 2012, your just gunna be waiting and on dec 12 it will be like the night before xmas but nothing will happen... but once you forget about the world ending, come 2016.. bam.. no one seems to expect it..

now im working on an equation for the exact date, but my sundial isnt working properly so ill just keep you guys posted..

I used to think the world might end since the mayans were accurate in such calender/mathematic skills way back then.

However now i only hope exactly what this quote says happens. I couldnt have said it any better myself, and am suprised someone said almost exactly what i look at it as.

 

No One Has called the myan fortune tellers or physics to predict the world will end 2300 years befor it does is a little far fetched they were great astonomers but dont get your hopes up everything has an end even the myan calender am i right? there is still to much we dont know about lifelets worrie about that first

 

This is the logical way in approaching the subject, however, most do not truly understand what it was the mayans predicted. We've lost significant knowledge of the Universe that they once hold, and only now, in this day and age, are we about to recover it.

It is not the end of days, it is change, expansion, growth, we are ascending spiritually. Whether you believe it or not doesn't hinder it's process.

Zilla I love that you posted this topic esp since posting that dedroidify site. My friend and I talk about the awakening/revolution all the time. We do't think it will be by force either, we think there will be deaths but very view from violent means (hope that made since). Also we are seeing all kinds of signs that leads us to believe that a mass awakening will occur.

For instance the whole religious/spiritual open-mindedness you've mentioned. I think people are becoming more tolerate to other peoples beliefs on a general scale because more and more people are losing their formal religions through tolarence and education of the dividers that seperate us.

I also thinks the next Ameican president will impact or encourage this change. I'm just scared that the encouragemnt/impact could be negative.

I'm glad others see this because my friend and I usually only keep talk like this to ourselves. It's is so nice to read this not only because I'm stoned and this is a topic of interest but that people have being saying that there would be a revolution for so long and now we are possibly seeing signs of one.
