I have 7+ inches but if it were any bigger I'd never stop smiling after a piece or go nuts from the joy. Most (4 or 5) girls say it is too big for a BJ. Those that try to swallow it. I suspect some wish it were longer for a jab job, but it ain't. It is 8+ inches in circumferences. My wife gripes about it rubbing her raw if I use it too often. So I look for substitutes. Obviously, this would make surgery impossible, unless one of the heads is certified as being brain dead.
