ok so im sorta toying with the idea of a small hydro in a coupple large sinks i have. the problem is that the sinks probably wouldnt be big eanough to hold the amount of flowering plants i would want. i was wondering if its possible, or at all realistic to grow clones in the sinks with a hydro kit and then transplant them into soil for flowering in another area. the reason i cant have hydro set ups for both is because i simply cant afford it as of yet.

Your biggest issue in my opinion would be the root shock. You'd want to be very careful not to 'pack' the roots when you go from air/water to soil. Really light, light vermiculite soil...(high-end in bags)...would be needed to allow the roots to take hold. After they set up in that soil you'd be able to transplant them as required.
    Good luck...
