    Every one younger than 20 can participate at the competition.
    all formats and tehniques are allowed
    the colection must be more than 20 paintings
    the daedline is 20 of february

    I'm curious about the participants who took prizes at Bitola but it's already 20th of March and the results are not posted on the web-page!
