Legitimacy of a vendor?

I've currently contacted a vendor about some RCs but cannot put a finger on whether I trust them or not. Would someone with a little bit more experience help me out through PM?

 

Just look it up on undrugged. But if there are no inputs about the vendor and if they do not send samples or accept small orders, then it's most likely a scam.
