Do not buy from thebestsalvia.com!

    Do not purchase from thebestsalvia.com. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I ordered some products from them during a big sale, and was supposed to receive a free upgrade of 15x to 20x, per their company policy, because the 15x I ordered was out of stock. It seems like they do not want to honor their word, because they canceled my order with no explanation and will not respond to my e-mails. I do not want anybody else to waste their time with these jerks.

    That sucks. But you should get over it. If it was out of stock they could have kept your money and not shipped it. Then waited for you to email them pissed off looking for your order.

    It was a lose-lose situation for you.

    Besides. An upgrade from 15x to 20x isnt something to get bent over.

    Look at the bright side.

    You still have your money from what I read.

    Go buy it somewhere else.

    I think it would have been wiser to say and "We shall give you a discount on our products for any inconvenience."

    But hey, I am just a meer member of the public.

    We placed an order on the 11th of March and the money was taken out on the 13th. The order still shows as "processing" and the emails got bounced back (over quota deal). I am hoping that due to the recent mention of Salvia on the news, maybe they are a little overwhelmed with orders.

    We can only hope!

    Well, I certainly hope so!! Its been 10 days since I placed my order, and a bonus would be greatly appriciated for all of the trouble! You say you want to keep your customers coming back, well treating us like this is'nt going to help! You should atleast post something on your site saying due to the large demand, orders will take a little longer! [​IMG]

    So I just purchased the 10X and 20X combo from...guess who...thebestsalvia.com. I bought it 2 days (march 28th) ago and purchased using paypal. Well when I went on their website to check on the status of my order it says that i have never placed an order with them. Even though I have the confirmation via paypal printed out right in front of me. What the F@@K. I sent them a message through my email but got the same response everyone else did. "full quota" I sent them a message through the "contact us" tab on their webpage and am still waiting on a response. So I found this sight and thought i would also keep the rest of you up to date on my experience with the best salvia. And could some of you anwer a question for me please. This is mny first time doing salvia(if it ever gets here) and I was wondering how to smoke a liquid out of a bong? Or do you put the liquid on "expensive tabaco" hhm hhm and then smoke it?

    Well Kate, dont feel bad I placed an order on the 18th and my order is still being processed! A $547.00 order!!! I am PI@@ed, and going to report them as fraud if I dont hear anything in a couple days!! Anyone that reads this, tell every1 you know NOT to order from these guys!!! They will have some fines to pay if I dont hear anything soon!

    Well all of my emails incuding the one I sent from the link on their website got returned to me "mail daemon" well a few days i got a message from paypal saying my purchase wasn't ab;e to go through and the money was refunded back to my paypal account. I found a new website called allegrand enterprises
    google it if you want to check it out because i can't remember the website right this second. IT SAYS it will be delivered in 3-7 days so i am hopeful that it will.
    Also I am a first timer does anyone have any tips on what to do with the extract i just purchased?

    And im really sorry you got screwed over for that much money. What can you do to get that back?

    Hey Kate, I finally got my order and they threw in about $50 in freebees. I went to whois.com and found the guys email add, and wrote him asking where my order was. He sent it out the next morning. A little research pays off! As for how to use your extract, about any pipe will work. Just make sure you have a torch lighter, because the active ingredient needs a verry hot source to get the full effect. The number 1 key is to hold it in for 30 seconds. Good luck to you!

    I still haven't gotten my order from March 25th and it's now April 7... they claim 2-3 day shipping once they have your money. I've emailed through the web page and followed Glenn's advice and emailed them directly, no response. Even called them and no answer just default Verizon voice mail message. Kate, let me know if that other place actually delivers and on time.

    Hey biggfoot, it took them 14 days to get my order to me. Hopefully you will be gettin your order soon. He also threw is 2 grams of CHILL, and 2 grams of CAHOOTS. It is like a $50 deal, I am just glad I didnt get screwed out of $547 bucks! I like the CAHOOTS, but the Chill burns my throat and lungs. I wouldnt advise any1 to get the CHILL, unless you want to have trouble breathing! I tried posting a pic of my order, but the site says its too big.

    WTG on that research. How was the product. I just got mine in today Apr 8th or 9th. Not sure what the date is. I order the extract from thebestsalvia but the next stuff i ordered was dry leaf. I made the mistake of smoking it with a regular bic lighter. I dont have a torch so i have to wait for my hubby to get home with my debit card for me to get one. I am hoping that is the reason i don't feel anything right now. I am gonna try and make my own super hot flame with a metal rod+cotton ball + alcohol.

    I think these guys need to satisfy there own customers before they go and try to get more. I was going to order from them but not anymore, it sounds like they have ruined there reputation.

    kinda regretting putting an order in with them now... any more recent expereinces with these people anyone has to share?
