grow help lights and outdoor

can i use incandesant and flourecent for budding and is it all about the wattage for my incandesant .am i ok im growing outdoor witha flouresent to help it but it wont get much sunlight not shady but not much light . i hope i do good its hindu kush .i need a timer where do i get it.i want to grow out door but then force it to bud under small flouresent and incandesent i have a 200watt incandesant 75flouresant ill probably add another incandesant?help

incandesent lights are not for growing, too narrow band width.

If you look at the graphs plants use bandwidths outside of incandesents' capability;>)

 

After the "outdoors with a florescent" part I gave up. I should just put "Step 1: Read a Grow Guide" in my sig.

 

Why what the fuck is with the using a fluoro on an outdoor plant and force budding it with incandescents, my best advice is give up now and start reading.

If you cant find a timer you are lost in the growing world.
