graffiti question

    I agree with some people out there, that graff is definately a wonderful expression of personality. and i also think that to do a really good peice, one must have a particularly high ability with the use of paint in arosol cans, which is for sure a super difficult medium to work with.. so i believe that if its done in a mature way, such as being paid to paint a building... or even if its actually taking the time to perfect it, as opposed to just scribbliing a shitty tag on the side of a building.. there is a big difference between the two.. i give props to all the talented graff artists out there!! and also just for the record, frieght paintings are wicked too, those boring things need some personality!

    Someone's probably mentioned it, but advertisement subverting is a pretty good use of graffiti too.

    graffiti is art. just...public art. even better, its a free museum.

    I think certain graffiti can be so beautiful! As long as it's no ones personal property, like a house someone is living in, and it's not like swears or nasty things [haha]. I think it's so cool when you see it on old rundown buildings that haven't been in use in years, or when you see it on the trains. Cause think about it, if its on one of the carts of a train maybe it isn't even from your area.
