Its pointless the ativan will just over power the adderall if you take them bolth togehter. Get high on the Addrall first and then take Ativan to come down with so you can mellow out. Thats how I always mix my uppers and downers 99.9% of the time exsept when I would do a speed ball, AKA a shot of coke and dope together. But even with speed balls it only a matter of time before the Herion high takes over the effects from the coke high. But when they bolth hit the your blood stream it was like Heaven"Fuck do I miss them". From my accounts its like that when you mix any upper and downer together, the downer will always over power the upper. unless the mix of uppers you are doing is alot more.

I took Ativan, and liked it. Only thing is, the high only lasted about 2 hours then I passed out in bed when I got home (an hour later). And I only took 2 pills. Not a very recreational drug..but kind of fun, if you're just chillin at home especially. Go for it. I wouldn't combine those drugs tho..that's just me.

PS: Xanax is much nicer, imo. More fun, less sedative, more euphoric. More like a party drug. Don't take with alcohol unless you're suicidal. (I smoke bud with it, tho that might not be safe either).
