ok, so I've been on the pill for almost a year, I never miss pills or anything. me and my boyfriend only used a condom once, sadly haha.. so, just wondering, every time we have sex he always pulls out before he cums, I know thats not a good method, but since I'm on the pill... there's not much of a chance I'll get pregnant, right? and, I'm going to start using condoms I think haha. but anyway, just wondering.
The chance is low (and lower with him pulling out), but it can also depend on what kind of BC you're on and all kinds of other factors. I post on a pregnancy website with a Teen Pregnancy forum, and quite a few girls on there got pregnancy on BC, and I'd say about half of them had the Nuva Ring. Birth control is great for someone who's a little older and in a long term relationship/married who doesn't want to get pregnant yet, but wouldn't be a big deal if they did. Otherwise, it's suggested that you use condoms even on BC.
when i first started having sex i was in college and wanted zero chances. i was on the pill, my bf used a condom, spermicide, the works, AND i made him pull out! i'm serious! i was extremely paranoid and wanted no risk (even though there is no such thing as no chance). if you're going to have sex, you do whatever it takes to make sure you're comfortable with what you're doing.
hey guys i'm on my boy friend's name right now... anyway we don't use condoms at all and he almost always pulls out unless i have my period, we have sex all the time and i haven't gotten pregnant and it's not something i am worried about i trust him and i know that we are being careful, bc is not always necessary. the chances of getting pregnant with out using any form of bc is like 28% relax and enjoy sex if it is something you are really concernd about than use all forms of bc possible but just know that it can ruin your enjoyment of sex because you always have the thought of pregnacy in the back of your mind...
