stoner pets?

does anyone have pets who love weed? my dog lucy can't get enough of it. every time i take out a bowl or a bong or whatever, she runs over and sits in front of me, licking her lips. she waits til i take a hit and when i blow it out she breathes in as much as she can and then usually sneezes a bit, but no matter what she makes me share every hit with her. afterwards she usually lays down for awhile or gets really hungry. it's the funniest thing.

does anyone else's pets like to get high too?

is it healthy for people to smoke it?

of course different things are better or worse for some animals than others, so just cause its not so bad for humans doesn't mean its not bad for dogs...

course tons of people get their pets high (which i think is cruel in many cases)

but animals are sentient beings capable of thought and choice, albeit on a different level than we possess as humans....

but if a dog chooses to smoke pot (as this dog apparently likes to) when their "master" does, then whats the harm? its not like locking it in a cage and forcing it to breathe in the hits....

i dunno....i've heard of dogs like this (and cats too!) but i've blown a little smoke in my dogs' faces before, and they just run off. never have they acted like they wanted to smoke with me, so after the first one or two times of trying to find out if they liked it, i have never forced them to. it would be mean

if i'm around and they see me smoking, they usually leave me alone till i'm done....THEN they want to come and play, and playing with the dogs when you're high is even more fun than normal!


....what am i saying "they"? one of the two was put down almost a year ago now. i miss her now far more than initially. i guess it took a while to hit me. its kind of sad, i keep going over to my parents' house and letting the one dog out and catch myself looking for the other to let her out with him

My cat will come over breathe in 2-3 exhales, and then wander off till I'm done.

 

My cat's the same way. He'll see me get my bowl, and hop onto my lap. I'll blow him two shotguns, he'll blink a lot, and then go sleep somewhere warm.

totally our blue heeler loves to get stoned!!! we made special choco-chip cookies and she found the bag and ate about 4 cookies.. she walked funny and chased her tail till she baged against the wall and went to sleep. Thing is, she will only ask, beg or demand smoke when its dank. you can smoke shwag in front of her, but she wont pay you any mind. break out the Kush, and shes right there with her head on my knee.. I have a pic of her blowed outta her mind off some white shark and she couldnt even bark on command, all she was able to give was a weak rowr. its cute.
My baby venus, is a nervous nelly, and I smoke her out to chill her out. the vet wanted to put her on puppy prozac. I said hells naw.. Im not gonna numb her up.. so we got a house with a big yard for her to run around in, and I make some pot tea and added it to her food.. she is much more relaxed and happy.

 

my kitten peter loves getting high.. he doesn't actually like the smoke part, but after i'm done smoking he'll just sit on my bed with me and be content and fall asleep.. or sometimes he'll go get some food and then come back and lay with me and fall asleep

my friend's cat lemiux used to do the same thing, too.. except he didn't mind the smoke

my friends dog fritz is actually a connesieur of marijuana. if its bomb weed he'll stay and chill with the clammed room. if its bunk dirt then he scratches at the door to get the fuck out of there. Whenever you were wondering if the weed you're is good enough, just blow a hit at the dog, if he takes it willingly, its decent.

lol, thats what happens when you smoke nothing but bomb weed with a dog since birth.

 

My 1 year old boxer likes the smoke but he will go on a sneezing rage and then come back for more : ] haha and then he wants to sit in my lap and waych t.v. which isnt very cool since hes about 50 pounds. haha

 

^ what i'd give to have my 60 pound dog sit on my lap....

appreciate the affection, i know i would. except buddy only lets me pet him at his convinience

 

My dog is 70 pounds, but he certainly doesn't sit on my lap. He lays his head on my lap though and he just won't let you stop petting him. He will follow you and want attention.

 

i have a betta fish... i guess i could drop some lucy in his tank.

a buddy of mine has a bird who loves to get stoned and then sing to music and do front flips in his cage. haha.
