TeamViewer, an excellent tool.

TeamViewer is a fantastic tool for tech support, basically it lets someone control your computer from anywhere in the world and show you how to do something, or you can view their computer to see how to do things.

Even though the other person has control of your computer you can overide it easily, anything you do on your computer will overide what they do, also you have to accept for them to be able to send files so theres not really any risk there either.

I just think this is really great because it makes it easy for people to help each other (no complicated written instructions).
