I went to court today, and my ex had some "evidence" against me. He didn't use it, but I saw that they were from this website.. So he's obviously keeping track of me. I won the temporary custody, and he'll have to have supervised visitation for now. But we have to go back in may. Also he has to give me 75 a week per money order in the mail. He brought his girlfriend, what an ugly little troll she turned out to be. So I felt pretty good about myself, and was pretty confident. The reason he didn't use his proof of my pot smoking and stuff is cause the mediator left the room for a few minutes, and I had a chance to say to him that if he brings that shit up I'll tell them about the coke and drug abuse. So that must of shut him up cause he folded the papers back up and none of that came up. For now anyway. That's why I'm done with this site for awhile. I'll probably come back later on in the summer or fall with a new name once things have cooled down, and I've gained permanent full custody, but we'll see. Well he also used to have my email password and that's how he found out about this site!!! Cause freedom had sent me an email, and said hey it's me from hipforums so he must have done a search and found this site. But I don't have anything "bad" at my myspace, and I don't do anything else..
That guy's an asshole and you should be glad you're through with them. Good on you for threatening him about the evidence, and congrats on getting temporary custody!

I had a friend who recently went through this, cyber stalking is becoming quite the rage. You would think if he has this new person he is dating he could let go a little. It's good to see you won the court case, look forward to talking to you again soon. With the case over hopefully things will be a little less stressful. Good luck!

lol I know.. I was being pretty naieve though thinking that he wouldn't check up on me and as soon as you type ANYTHING hippy into a search engine this site is one of your many options. So it has a lot to do with me, and yes I'm sure he's reading this now! I'll have to be seeing him though once a week when he comes to see Jade. Well either I can be here or one of my parents so I can just take off or something. But the good thing is that his stupid girlfriend won't be able to have anything to do with my daughter!!!! I'm so happy about that. I guess she's looking for some kind of an "instant" family or something. hahaha She'll learn her lesson when Steve shows her his true colours. I have a sort of "date" actually set up for this weekend. A guy that I knew in school who's been sort of "astray" for awhile. We had a little bit of a history, but never anything serious. And I'm really looking forward to it so things are definitely looking up for me. I look better than ever from my 6 days a week at the gym, and Jade is the cutest little thing ever! So I'll be great. I'm gonna find a little part time job to do in the evenings and maybe start thinking about enrolling in culinary school for the fall. So take care all, I'll miss all the friends I've made here.
