    I'm never happy,ever.
My brain process is soooo far gone that the only obvious explanation is insanity.
I've tried convincing myself,it's just "the teenage years"
    insecurity and what not.
    But it isn't.

    I'm ALWAYS jealous,of everything.
I hate hate hate being around my friends, cause i feel like the scapegoat, the annoying friend, the ugly friend, the fat friend.
but, according to them,i'm none of those things?
I'm always etheir mumbling and quiet,or i'll try to talk and end up rambling.
and then when i'm NOT around them,i feel like they're all creating stronger bonds, and i'm gonna be the one they leave out,and realize they're better off without me.

I hate when people catagorize in black and white, but i find that is what everyone does.
and then i go off into another one of my antalitical mind melt downs.
and freak out, like DOOO DOOO DOOOOOOOO melt down melt down. Self destructing. My heart starts beating so fast, and it's hard to breath.

I really can't continue to live like this,it's horrible.

does anyone else feel and/or felt like this?

Should i go to one of those over-paid crazy doctors?

Mate, I think from your post that you are over analyzing stuff.

Try and keep your life simple and you will get the simple answers, just take it easy.

See how you feel for a while, try and get excercise and eat good food.

If you want to chat in some more depth give me a pm.

I do the same thing sometimes, except for the categorizing in black and white. I think you need to crawl into yourself in a good way, and it sounds like you don't like yourself very much. I would take a few deep breaths, and maybe start keeping a diary if you don't do that already.

Eating good food and exercising help, too. It's not going to go away in a day, but the next time you're around your friends, name a reason about each one of them, why you like them, and why they are a worthy friend to you. And remind yourself of all the reasons you hooked up with these people in the first place, and if you can't find meaningful reasons, it's time to find new friends. Reassure yourself that they are hanging out with you because you are a worthy, beautiful soul.

Give everyone a chance. Get to know them before you categorize them, and if they are a stranger, and you're never going to know them, don't even begin to label them! It takes up extra worry in your head, and doesn't effect them in the least!

You're not insane. I think you have a worse case than usual of what a lot of people get, social paranoias and whatnot. If you think going to a therapist would help, give it a try. There are some really good therapists out there, that are actually trying to help people, that aren't just in it for the money!

And remember, you always have lots of friends here who will listen to anything you have to dish!

Peace to you, good vibes, clear brain channels! I hope you feel better.

i think we almost always view ourselves differently than others see us, so to everyone else you are sure to be perfectly normal. its just a phase you go through-for me the years 13-14 were the worst, after that things gradually start to calm down. try just taking some deep breaths and thinking positive. talk to someone-perhaps someone abit older, as your friends are most likely all dealing with similar stuff and are not necessarily give the best advice. and hun, trust us you will be alright! :)
