im not a hippy, im a neo-transcendentalist. what do you guys think about it? crap? personally i really relate to what they're saying, so ahead of their time.
I was into transendental meditation and recives my Mantra when I was 17.. but I haven't heard of neo-transendentalist
I don't really know too much about transcendentalism, but I'd love to hear everyone's views on it as well. Actually my history teacher started talking about it yesterday in class, but we didn't get too in depth so I'd like to hear some more details on the movement and everything if anyone would care to elaborate.

The “neo” means that this ain’t your grandma’s trans… cental… um, dental?…, something something, followed by an “ism”… and that you have to pay more now. And while we're labeling people, I'm not a monkey, and neither are you, (I think): therefore I am, and we are, neo-monkeys...
To be a transcendetalist, you can't know that you are a transcendentalist. But yes, their ideas were amazing.
