Hello All, I've read a great article about how vaporizers can treat symptoms of certain conditions, and I decided to buy one and use it with some herbs I read about. Do you have any experience with vaporizers? I'm trying to get a good one and I saw a great video on youtube about Vapir. It seems good. Have any of you tried this? What is the difference between vaporizers?
If think the main 2 differences is hot and cold vaporizers Cold ones suck up water in a filter and blow air through it and make cool moisture in the air. Hot ones make the water simmer and crate warm steam. I usually use cool ones because they aren’t to hot in the summer and they seem to put out a better more constant moisture level. The hot ones are usually noisy and when the water level goes up and down they produce inconstant moisture levels. Both kind usually only last about a year the hot ones get hard water deposits and wear out and the cool ones the filters wear out and get nasty and replacements are a ripp-off. So I just buy the cheapest one usually and throw it out in a year or so when it wears out. The expensive ones usually only last about a year also but they are 5 times as much. I like humidifiers because I live in a dry climate so it is nice to put some extra moisture in the air.
Thanks for the fast reply. I think I'm gonna buy the vapir mini vaporizer. It seems good enough for me, and it is not expensive. I'm sure the warranty is only one year, huh? LOL
Sometimes when things break in a year or so I buy a new one keep the receipt, clean the old one up and put it in the new box and return it next week for cash back. That is the 2 year hippy warranty
Wow I thought the OP was talking about a humidifier for water. I guess I am behind the times in smoking.
