Yeah a friend of mine who i knew was dealing prescriptions gave me some loratab for giving her a ride today lol.. Was wondering what kinda high it is and or if i can take it with weed?

^^^ thats not lortab.... thats Hydrocodone..basically the same thing.. just different buffers... depending on your size you might feel something.. but i gotta take like 3 of them to feel anything... or 2 and a couple drinks

no.. dont try to smoke it... just take it and drink a couple beers... your liver will hate you.. but you should feel good

just one? well, you typically need at least 15-20mg's of hydro to feel anything. Oh, and you're talking liver damage if you take it with booze.
people on here still dont know what the differences are. if it really is a lortab then it will have 10mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of acetaminophen(tylonal). there are alot of different generic versions of it so im not sure about the numbers on it. the ones ive always had were the watson generic like light blue i forget the numbers. vicodin comes on 5mg/500mg thats 5mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of tylonal. vicodin also comes in 7.5mg/750mg which is called vicodin ES. alot of dumb people go by the last bigger number and think that if that number is bigger its better. all that number is showing is how much tylonal is in it. the more hydrocodone the more it will fuck you up. tylonal is bad for your liver so less of that the better. if you have ever heard of norcos they are 10mg/325mg so they have alot less tylonal. if you really know that they are lortabs and you have never done them before then i would suggest only taking one. if you have done alot of opiates before then you can take more. im a big guy and i cant take many at all. i also cant take them on an empty stomach either they make me sick. ive taken alot of pills when i was younger and ive been around them all my life so i know alot about them.

ahh ok then i was just trying to explain how they worked as i see someone posted something about asprin!?!?... anyways i dont know to much about generic of vicodin and lortabs anymore i used to see them around all the time way back. now days all thats around is methadone, mophine(MS) and oxys. i dont like any kind of opiates anymore after doing them alot when i was in like 7th grade. i like taking a couple valums or ativans, kolotpins, xanax every now and then but not to much really.
^ I send mine his way too. Also depending on metabolism, bmi, etc. 10 mg of hydrocodone can make you feel pretty good. I usually take 15-25 mg. Oh and booze goes very nicely with vicodin as long as you aren't an idiot and don't try to take 4000mg of APAP with a pint of liquor.
There's a lot of incorrect information in this thread. First of all, it's Lortab, not Loratab. Next Lortab is not generic but just the opposite, it's a brand name version of the drug combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Next the most common NSAID mixed with Lortab is Tylenol or acetaminophen (that's the generic name of tylenol and for those not in the U.S. there's plenty of other name brands besides tylenol). Some people would actually say Tylenol isn't an NSAID but just an analgesic because it doesn't have any anti-inflammatory properties so. There is a form of Lortab that does have aspirin in it and that's Lortab ASA (ASA stands for aspirin) but when most people talk of Lortab, it has Tylenol in it and not aspirin. Tylenol and alcohol together in large amounts are not good for the liver. Someone said it would kill you. Well let's not go crazy here because one tablet and one drink isn't going to kill you. A handful of pills and a 12 pack won't be that great for you if you are not used to taking Tylenol then you should try to keep it under 4 grams a day and not all at once. It's a careful balance of moderation and experience and tolerance. Next, it doesn't have to be 10 mg of hydrocodone to be a Lortab. Lortab comes in and is named Lortab 5/500, Lortab 7.5/500, and Lortab 10 mg/500 dosage form. I think there is still the 2.5/500 tablet but I'm not sure. Norco's normally have less tylenol in them than Lortab and there is also Lorcet and Vicodin. Lorcet comes in and is named Lorcet-HD (5/500), Lorcet Plus (7.5/650), and Lorcet 10/650. Vicodin comes in and is named Vicodin (5-500), Vicodin ES (7.5/750) and Vicodin HP (10/660). There are many more brand names but these 3 brands are the most common in the US. ES stand for extra strength and HP stands for high potency btw. If you're unfamiliar with the effects of combining hydrocodone, alcohol, and pot, start slow and don't overrdo it so that you don't end up on the bathroom floor wishing you hadn't taken so much at one time. lEarn for it and then you can increase later on.
