Totally, totally depends on the girl. Me personally, it works better if you change it up - like if I cum once from oral, then switching to sex gives me a different kind of stimulation and that's easier for me to cum again. But some girls just cum from everything all the time (I hate those girls) and some can't have multiples at all, so if you've got a specific girl in mind here you should ask her.
