On my ballot I'm writing in for Mayor McCheese. I think at this point, a fabricated corporate mascot could do a better job than the current administration even though our current administration is primarily composed of fabricated corporate mascots.

For the first time yesterday Hillary hinted at the possibility of a deal with Obama to share the ticket, but who’s on top [IMG]

During the 1992 election campaign the Clinton / Gore Ticket played as their theme song to the White house Don't Stop By Fleetwood Mac [IMG]

I thought you were going to start naming rap tunes for a ticket like that.

What about Elton John's 'The Bitch is Back' if Hillary gets elected. :)

Just a friendly joke. Don't anyone get upset. :)

I agree. We're fucked if he gets the ticket, but I've been saying this for awhile. He is a far more aggressive militant leader than even Bush could hope to be. Aahhh but Bush and Cheney can relax and rest on their fat checks from the oil industry. And I'm still gonna pull for Obama, but the shared ticket idea with Hillary...tht might not be such a bad idea.

Go ahead Matt, tell me why I'm wrong. :D

The Guy was locked up in a North Vietnamese prison camp for 5 years; you can’t get more militant than that [IMG] – McCain is after one thing – revenge! and he doesn't care who the target is [IMG]

No shit, we're headed for a bruisin, and when it comes, little Bush will be hiding under a ten gallon hat and McCain will be standing at the white house with his finger on the attack button.

yeah but Obama seems like the least voilent of the bunch, but even he talked of "Bombing" countries willy nilly, if they were a threat.

The only threat to USA is within it self.

I may marry a Canadian or Aussie just in case things get bad, it will expedite my citizenship. McCain does want to stay in Iraq forever essentially. Like South Korea.

I wouldn't really call it willy nilly. It just depends on whether he follows any real intelligence before the attack, or just fabricates everything like dummy jr. did.

In his mind, once he’s president of the free world, it’s his task to enslave the rest [IMG] You just don't forget 5 years of torture overnight - God I'd love to see his psyche exam [IMG]

Well, first of all, McCain won't win. He can't win. He was given the Republican nomination because he is the weakest Republican candidate and is loathed by most Republicans. It's clear who the elites want in office, and that's a Democrat -- most favorably Hillary Clinton, but I am sure an Obama/Clinton or Clinton/Obama ticket is not out of the question. Not that it makes any difference, really, because both parties are virtually identical aside from some minor superficialities. It's just that when the public gets sick of one party, they give them the other party, thinking the people will believe that equates to change, even though the policies largely remain the same with the next person in office. This is how the illusion of democracy works.

But like I've said all along, it doesn't matter who wins the election because presidents implement policy, they don't formulate it. They are merely figureheads for the public to believe in. So whether it's Hillary, Obama or McCain, I see no real "change" resulting.
