The fucked up thing is that the Goverment that has caused that dude to look like that needs its ass kicked... But they probable dont have any oil to pay us with.....anyways..
My first reaction when I saw that was "HOLY SHIT!" I recon if I wanted to, and if he was being an asshole, I could snap his arm with two fingers...
i'm not into beating anyone up. i think people wanting to and secretly cheering others doing so is what keeps there being people who keep keeping things fucked up. there is definately company i prefer to avoid more then others though. and some that do need to be denied the opportunity to repeat their offences, quite possibly for their own good, as well as the rest of us. =^^= .../\...
He looks like some crackheads that I know, but ill give this guy some respect..... He didnt intentionally do that to himself....... Now did he?
I can see where acga5 is coming from... i mean, that picture is just a look through the keyhole at what life is like for some people. He is the result of a world of polar extremes.. capitalism/corporatism thrives on the fact that other people will do work for less.. and therefore boosting the quality of life in the well-off countries and keeping the third world countries in thier place. The fact that we can even have charity and are able to really help out all those poor starving people is BECAUSE we are part of a corporate world. The man in the photo is probably far too ill and thin to help... feeding him a good sunday dinner would probably kill him.. and there are millions of very poor and ill people like him... there is no point in getting emotional about the people out there who are ALREADY ill and dying.. that will never change as long as the wealth is in one place and poverty in another.. We could all become communists and share everything out equally... giving everyone an average..or maybe even poor standard of living... but would america/uk really wnat to give up all their wealth and share it around the whole world? The development of wealthy countries is so far past that of ones in poverty that no one wants to give up their cheetos.. and dish washers.. and computers... no one wants to sacrifice their own limited amount of life.. in order to give a few other people an okay one. The point i'm getting at is... sure its fine to want to stop people dying and being ill... but the way to solve that is to do it politicaly and work out a way of slowly but surely making life better in those poorer countries.. but just helping individuals whenever you come across them only solves the problem for those individuals and no one else. A plan is needed, if you want to distribute the wealth with lasting effect.
You seriously need to come back to reality here. Some of us are Americans ya know, obviously we wouldn't give a shit about people like that because it's not us.
Wow, someone had to dig for this thread.. Way to go! And congrats on being a great human and for pointing it out on an internet forum!
I'm not really a great human, I just play one on the internet... I am so excited, Angelina Jolie has joined our forum...
Aren't you disappointed to be who you are? That photo is of a real human being. Sitting there dying of no food. When I look at him I want to cry, he is most likely dead. But no, you doughy-assed, tracksuit-wearing, Jenny Craig disciples ‘I’m addicted to cheerios’ and ‘my favourite past-time is baking oatmeal cookies’ are oblivious to anything outside your little existence. But you wouldn't consider that description an insult would you, it is who you aspire to be. And I pity the future generations who have to come into contact with your offspring, as they will, no doubt, be as ignorant and small-minded as you are. Aaah, that felt good. See? I'm not so nice.
