Hey, im a new grower, and i thought i would try some breeding. i want to make somthing different. i came up with white widow x light of jah. i like this idea because the widow will get you high and the jah will increase yeild without decreasing quality to much. any tips, strain ideas,

The thing with breeding is how well the genetics of the parent plants COMBINE ... this is why some crosses work and others dont, and also to produce STABLE offspring you need STABLE parents. Simply crossing two plants of a different variety together doesn't necessarily mean your offspring will be a nice even mixture of the two.
A good parent plant is a plant that has been inbred to the point where the offspring breed true to type (it's genotype) ie. the offspring are almost identical to the parent every time. This type of plant is called a Stable IBL (stable inbred line).
