Pog

Pogs were the shit! I had a pog maker that let me put my own pictures on pogs from magazines and stuff. Wasn't the object of the game to hit the thin pogs with the heavy fat one (can't remember what any of them are called!) and try to get them to turn over or something? And you kept the pogs you won from whoever you were playing against?

 

The heavy fat ones are called "slammers" LoL!

 

Ahh, I had a pog maker too, J-Bo. Pogs are effin AWESOMEE. Haha. I still have all my pogs, but I lost my marbles. No, I still have those, too. ^^

pogs used to be all the rage. I had like 2 of them and people laughed at me cause I didnt have all the latest super pogs or whatever the hell they were. They were really just another one of those dumb elementary school fads...like glowing yo-yos, pokemon cards, and tamagachis. Funny stuff

 

WEll, I know what POGs are... but the question said "POG" so I was confused...

 

Ohhh I forgot about those things...I never had any but some friends a very long time ago did. Yes, I remember them being cool.

 

Lol I had pokemon cards, what were tamagachis called? We used to call them something thats right on the tip of my lip . But I dont remember glowing yo yos, just duncans and my bad ass super wing that I had.

Seriously. I guess they were one of those short-lived trends back in the 90s. I used to have a huge collection of pogs - even a few metal and glass ones! There was a game we played called pogs, too, described on Wikipedia:

I love Pogs.Have about 1'000 of them.Great collection from the early 1980's.Glad i saved them.

Yeah, I've played a couple POGs. I'm not committed enough to stay in games for very long however. I'm on the net often enough, and I am definitely creative enough to play POGs, but I lack the motivation to play and post often. I'd rather play games in real life.

 

I dont play them, just collect. an Mann, crazy bones... Remind me, I cant remember exactly what they are.

 

Crazy bones were kinda these little messed up looking things that you would slide on a table and try to hit your opponents and knock them over and you got to keep what you knocked over.. there were all sorts of messed up looking crazy bones like aliens and like a kitchen sink and a stop sign

they are nowhere near the legendary game of POGS
