Is it disrespectful for a non Muslim to use the name ALLAH when refering to God? Or to pray using that name?My sister and I have been discussing this, and couldn't agree.

Thank you in advance for your answers.

    No, not at all.
Your relationship with God is entirely personal.
You can call Him whatever you like, ~nobody else is involved is the conversation, right?
    It's just you and Him.

When muslims refer to God, we say Allah subhanahu wa t'ala,
which means 'God, glorious and exalted is He.'
What you choose to refer to God as is really nobody else's concern.
