Cold front came through a minute ago. Ive been out on the porch smoking a bowl reading the paper waiting for it. I love feeling when the weather changes. Every year I have been lucky enough to be outdoors when the season turns from summer to fall. I found my faith, Goodness, 8 years ago.. wow, i hadnt realized. Anyway, ever since then, I feell, oh, I don't know, a connection with nature. I can feel a change coming, I anticipate it. I feel at my best and happiest during fall. Cold Dark Rainy Days are a nice reminder during winter especially in South Texas where its hot even during winter. I sit outside, read, listen to the windchimes, smoke reefer and listen to classical music. a couple weeks ago I went to Sam Houston National Forest, and it was cold Dark and raining really hard. we built a fire under the house and just sat in silence for a while again, smoking reefer LOL I lurves em.. they make me happy.
Its awesome weather. better than the 104 degrees in the shade with 100% humidity.. urgh.. stifling heat. haha the house up in the forest is elevated a là beach house.. haha keep the 4 wheelers, the dirt bikes, firewood.. odd shit.. haha we built a small fire, just for light and a bit of warmth, and watched Mother Gaia do her best. IMO
We've had a foot of snow since last night, and its showing no signs of stopping. I'm longing a little bit for some warmth right now.
