Screw Dr. Chronic

If you like the seeds you recieve from Dr Chronic and never had any problems recieving seeds you paid for then keep ordering from him.

All I know is I order lots of weed seeds from different companys and the only company I paid for but did not recieve my order was from Dr Chronic. He was an asshole about it when I inquired about my order.

If you are happy with Dr Chronic then thats great, keep ordering from him. I know I will never do business with him again.

 

I will say this for Dr Chronic, I grew some of his MP5K and loved it. Its a really good strain and has pretty good pain killing qualities.

 

Eddie, you've mentioned three times that Doc was an 'asshole about it' but you havn't said why. ...Why was he an asshole about it? What did he say?

I've ordered three times from Doc chronic and always got the goods. Heck, the last time i only ordered one breeder pack and got a pack of freebies too (his own 'chronics revenge'). Usually you have to order 3 packs to get any freebies.

 

My first order with Dr Chronic was then MP5K and I recieved it no problem.

Second order was for some Hashberry and some other strain. After a couple weeks went by and I did not recieve my order I sent Dr Chronic an email wondering if it was back ordered or if there was some hold up in sending it. I never accused or suspected Dr Chronic of ripping me off, I was just wondered what the status of my order was. He sent me a nasty return email being very defensive and was hot I had accused him of ripping me off. He then stated buying seeds online and not recieving the seeds you paid for is a risk you take in this business.

I sent him a return email saying I never accused, incenuated, or even thought you had ripped me off all I wanted to know was the status of the seeds I paid for and have not recieved. I never got an answer back after this.

So as I stated above if you like Dr Chronic and have always recieved what you paid for with him then thats great, I am happy for you. I dont know Dr Chronic from any other seed company personally so I have to go by reputation then I go with companys I never have order problems. I cant say if Dr Chronic ever sent the seeds or not, I do know I paid for them and never recieved them for what ever reason and is the only seed company I ever ordered from, paid for then not recieved my order.

I am not saying Dr Chronic is dishonest for I have no way of knowing that. I have no way of knowing what happened to the seeds other than I never recieved them.

 

Fair enough... if he got overly devensive when you hadn't accused him of anything then that was a bit harsh.
Living in the UK i don't have to worry about customs siezeing any package (which they indeed sometimes do and don't follow up with any prosecution), it's the postmen i worry about ... i saw a program on TV a couple of years ago which was basically highlighting the the utter uselessness of alot of our british postmen and their lazy and theiving ways. Alot of them simply don't give a shit whether we get our mail or not. In particular the program highlighted a group of Nigerian postmen who were new to the job, didn't speak good English and were unfamiliar with their route and were hard pushed to complete their route on time ... a couple of these guys candidly admitted to having opened mail and sometimes simply dumping the remainder of their mail in the trash when it was clocking off time.
Personally i see it as far more likely that your seeds got lost or pinched in the post. Doc Chronic does have a reputation to think about and has no reason to take your money and withhold your seeds.

Liquidlight, I agree about the postal service in general and I never understood why they have the reputation of "going postal" since they never seem to be under any stress.

 

dr chronic is not on any hitlists, its hightimes certified, and I just got my order from them(first time) Do not use cash or money orders, money orders get lost, cash gets stolen. If you do not recieve your order and you dont get a customs letter then your order was stolen by any postal worker along the way. If any customs or law official gets your order you Will recieve a letter saying so, doc is trustworthy so if they say they sent it they did. My order took 13 days to send to alberta canada, I used credit card, I am happy.

He never even got the letter from customs! If you do not get the letter from customs and you do not get your package then most likely it was never sent or was lost. I am leaning more towards "never sent" because rarely does the post office go that long with a lost package without returning it. Unless it had the wrong address on it or there was a typographical error, it is not logical for it to be missing. Besides that even when there are typographical errors the post office can clear them up most of the time. I don't think the package was ever sent and I have seen this same kind of post everywhere! People are either really happy that they got their order and will defend him or they never received anything at all. Personally I would not take the risk with Dr. Chronic because I have read half and half accounts. A 50% chance is not good enough. I have also seen some really mean posts and really nice ones from Dr. Chronic which is a 50/50 chance of customer service.

they wouldn't make money if they just gave it away for free.

Also, they did warn you that it may be intercepted.

When you take a risk, you gotta accept the fact that you might not come out on top.

Dr.Chronic is lousy at packaging. They just put it in an envelope and mail it out. It gets snagged by customs because of the way it looks. The only way I knew they were legit is because I got a letter from customs saying I recieved illegal things and it included the envelope that Dr. Chronic tried to mail to me. LOUSY PACKAGING! Try Dr. Attitude.... their packaging is great!! Havent had any plms with it. (I did get a refund from Dr. Chronic. I just went thru my cc company and did a dispute.) Some people are worried to take the risk..... I just did it and I got my refund............. anyways look up Dr. Attitude.

 

You really cant get in trouble if they catch you with seedsi n the mail. They just send you a customs letter saying they confisicated the items. IF it became a regular thing Im sure it would send a flag to investigate but nah..... I wouldnt worry too much abouti t

 

I've never had any problems with Doc. Still don't. His packaging, while simple.. still works.

However, i would say there are others who give better packaging. Nirvana for one.

 

It is illegal here and you should know that they can be intercepted. Check out attitude seeds. They guarantee, but it costs a little. And it does cost quite a bit to make em right, space and all that is required.

 

i have used the doc a few times got burned the first time lost moneyorder stub but nothing but good things after that. good luck.

 

back around 1999 or so the Doc trying to do the right thing lost a good bit of his bizzness when some internet thugs ripped him the hell off. I dont the details about what happened but i do know at one point the doc covered all of the problems that he could. but its not a perfect world just yet
