I know in Toronto there are coffee shops were you can go and smoke but you cannot buy any weed there.
hotbox cafe. its a nice place during warm weather (smoking ban restricts smoking to outside, afaik) service is TERRIBLE....took an hour just to get a fucking smoothie. but its a cool place to chill. and once the smoothie came it was damn tasty

lmfao. providence!!! but about the topic, you can't buy weed in stores, seeds yea (well here in Mtl), but not weed... There are coffee shops where you can go to smoke freely in a few provinces... even if weed is illegal in Canada, cops really don't care anymore.
I wish it was like that here in the states. Fucking pigs are always trying to bust potheads here. It really pisses me off that the peaceful potheads are going to jail when there was fucking MURDER down the road from here and the guy hasnt been caught yet.
