so does anyone never really dream i wake up a few times a month and i feel like i know i dreamed and sometimes i can remember a random part of the dream for a few minutes but its very rare i talk to my friends about their dreams all the time and it really interests me because when i fall asleep at night all i see is black and when i wake up its like i was temporarily dead i guess i dono am i alone??
i used to never dream ... had nightmares all the time.... and i would just wake up in a sweat soaked sheets with no recolection but the feeling of anxiety and fear.... but never dreamed of happy things... i think marijuana meditation yoga and martial arts have been a defining factor in helping ease my consciousness and allow my mind to expand in numerouse ways.... try finding something to jar your head excersice the mind play games with your senses and feel from your soul, and possibly you will find the key to the door to everything....
dude i totally do martial arts im a black belt but yea i dono its weird cuz i guess "normal" people dream every night but i just go to sleep and then wake up and it it just feels like nothing happpened i just saw black
thats still what most of my nights consist of just black.... every month or so i do get a dream or usually about 3 dreams all within a day of each other, usually around full moons..... and then nothing for a month or two or even three again....but i got tired of it so made up my own way of dreaming.... careful it is addicting..... ..involving tylonal pm ... i crack two in half , and wait till after the sleepy feeling hits, for about 30 minutes after that sleepy feeling hits i do some light yoga stretching and a little game of solitaire(the marble kind).... then i nap.... and then i get some trippy dreaming..... :] not quite acid, not quite dreaming but kind of a chemically induced state of unconscious life unbound by any realms...... ....i hope you sleep well, and dream well when then comes.... ...be excellent...json
Everybody sees dreams, some people simply find it harder to remember them. But remembering dreams is trainable. I suggest writing up what you dream IF you dream. Even the smallest and faintest memories of emotions or images or whatever. If you can't remember your nighttime dreams at all try taking daytime naps of about an hour or try setting up an alarm clock in the middle of the night. Mostly people only remember dreams they see at the time they wake up.
yea ive kinda tried that i keep a journal by my bed and i did write down everything i remebered for like three months and then i just got tired of it yea maybe ill try naps during the day thanks for the advice!
hmm sounds good to me do you have to have a certain amount of time to sleep like 8 hours or is that only for sleeping pills like ambien?? but yea ive taken some yoga classes and stuff so ill give it a try
