i generally dislike rap but i can stand the song let's get retarded by blackeyed peas. it just makes me want to dance around all crazy-like when i'm smoking a joint.

oh oh and body beautiful by salt n peppa is fun to get yer groove on too. i haven't heard it in sooo long but when i watch 'too wong foo thanks for everything julie newmar' i go through a short period therafter of playing it repeatedly and stripping for my ninja turtle action figures.

Cyprus Hill' and Eminem. I have to admit that I like them. There's some other stuff out there that my wife listens to (as a Professor of Music, she teache a History of Rock class, and is planning a class on rap as well) - I have learned to appreciate it for what it is, and I enjoy it occasionally. Eminem is great attitude rap. Pumps up my ego. And his rhythm/rhyme schemes are really complex. I like that.
