I had this dream a few days ago, its just strange and i dont know what it means, anyway just thought id post it (please dont laugh it weird ) I was in my basement with my boyfriend and another couple we are friends with, and I heard a noise in the laundry room, so I went to look and 2 people were there to rob my house, and they shot me 4 times and then i guess they left. so i decided we should go to the hospitol and the other couple offered to drive us all to the hospitol. but we had to go to their house first because they had ordered a pizza, so i got tired of waiting to go, so i went back to my house to wait for my dad to come home, and while i was waiting i went to check the mail and my dog and my sisters dog got out. but i could only get my dog back and then the mailcarrier came but could give my my letter until i owed the post office something. then my dad came home and i asked him to take me to the hospitol and he did, but he was like annoyed to do it. anyway i thought it was weird and kinda funny but i just thought id post to see what it may mean.
The basement could mean your subconscious, in this case you may have a very short period of depression. Usually being robbed isn't a bad sign, but being shot is. It could be that someone at work or school takes credit for one of your ideas. If you object there could be an argument (shots fired.) This may tie in with the two friends (dogs). One of your friends will leave you but one will remain faithful. Your father's annoyance is probably a contrary dream symbol - he probably won't act like that (that you are imposing on him); chances are that he will be dismayed that it happened at all and that his annoyance will really be directed at the friend that deserted you.
So you receive no compassion even tough you've just been critically wounded? I wonder if it has some significance...Perhaps you feel that people are ignoring you and/or not taking you seriously?
