it does'nt matter who wins the presidency weather its a liberal or a republican they are all gonna do the exact same thing (war) its not about whats best for america or the world its about power and money!!!
I dislike all the candidates that are a real consideration. I actually dont hate hillary so its kinda ironic. I see as Obame and McCann as from the same machine.. her too really but she's out anyways...
Spence, you and I are just about cut from the same cloth it seems. I am an Obamanite myself, I am just afraid the country won't LET him win. I don't know. Over the last few years, I feel alot of the American people have proven that collectively, it isn't ready for a black (or female) leader, as anti-pc as that is. Even if he is the best candidate, which if you ask me, he is, I am afraid there are so many narrow-minded individuals at the polls that the chances of a black man winning the race is almost out of the question. I strongly hope that I am wrong. It just seems that in the eyes of so many, blacks are still seen as unequal, an opinion that pisses me off, because I look out into the real world and see on a daily basis that they have more than proven that they are as capable, hard working, and dependable as a white man. The fact that black men are even singled out in the first place bothers me, and I hope it doesn't sound as if that is what I am doing myself, because I truly believe Obama is our best bet at this point. Frankly, he is pretty much the ONLY candidate I would put any faith in right now. McCain is so anxious to continue this legacy of political and military force that Bush has put in place, I am very worried that we will only continue toward a global catastrophe. And yes, I believe we are already on the verge of such an event already, and it would not take much for that to happen, just a slight nudge in the general direction. McCain has already commented that it should NOT be up to the American people wether or not we are involved in the war in Iraq, that the mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives of these brave soldiers should have NO SAY in wether or not their loved ones are to be subjected to this hideous abomination we have been thrown into. The soldiers will continue to fight for their cause out of loyalty and respect for our great country, even if they do not believe in the views of the leader that sent them out in the first place, as is the case we are faced with today. And they will continue to die as well, if some great change does not occur and SOON. We are in a war that is absolutely unwinnable, because the opposition is not afraid of death, and has no sign of moral responsibility whatsoever. They seriously believe that it is their duty to kill and be killed, and they will continue to follow this path if they don't themselves change their own views, it is not something that we have any control over. And don't even start with me over why we are in Iraq in the first place. I am as happy as anyone else that we finally got Saddam, but the fact still remains that we entered into the conflict based on lies and fabrications. Begin your flames in my direction as you wish, anyone who disagrees, but you will not change my mind.
Gosh, Christopher Hitchens is the worst. He might be tougher to listen to than Hillary. Obama is just looking too cinematic, the poor guy.
I am gonna vote Obama because he says the word change a lot and has a nice smile. I also like the fact that he is tall. I don't really know much else about him, but neither do most of his supporters I have talked to. Heck, I don't even know what the First amendment is, let alone the US Capital. But who cares?? Obama is what's in, and you're either in or you're just a square. I mean, how can you not be sold on his brilliant speeches about change that his speech writers have written for him? You'd have to be a gullible idiot not to join in with the informed masses and hop on the Obama train. YES WE CAN!! YES WE CAN!! Little more Soma anyone? Living is easy with eyes closed.
Aiight. Anything but the blonde b****. Actually, McCain is pretty scary. But you may as well bring on the good times...
They're all scary. Don't think anything is going to change if either of these three tools are elected. They have all been hand-picked by the establishment, and if you look at some of the names behind Obama, you see that he's anything but the grassroots candidate many people think he is. You don't become a frontrunner and recieve the money needed to become electable if you're not a puppet of the central banks and transnational corporations, which Obama most certainly is. Again, folks, look into Obama's foreign policy advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski. Then tell me Obama is anti-war. Obama himself has said we need to go after Pakistan.
Well, I am not here to tell people what to do. I just want to get people thinking. Maybe once enough people have woken up, THEN something concrete can be done. But nothing is going to change by voting for the hacks THEY give you to vote for. They want the public to believe in this smoke and mirrors illusion because they know that a public that THINKS it has a say in its destiny is never going to try and change the system from outside of that system. People don't understand that when they go to vote, they are voting within the system which they (the elite) own and control lock, stock and barrel.
OO!!! I'm voting for the black woman!!!! It lowers our taxes!!!!!!!! (oh fuck, I don't even pay taxes)
Oh really?? http://www.reuters.com/article/domesticNews/idUSN0132206420070801 Guess I'm just seeing things.
