Having to deal with the backstabbing and whining of a larger corporation

having to ask people where they are in their work when they are already behind, they sometimes yell back

I work as an audio engineer.
I am constantly told what to do every 2 seconds.
Do this. Do that. Do this. Do that.
And I have to do it absolutely perfect.
Some of my clients are these crazy jazz musicians and they are SO intense.

It takes a lot of creative energy out of me so I don't have much energy to work on my own music.

    But...the pay is damn good.

Firing someone is the hardest part.

Either that or ending business partnerships.

I've fired people. If they'd done some shit, I never felt too bad. Making people redundant however, due to lack of available work really sucks.

HAHA. I presume the only place that you wouldn't feel uncomfortable saying that is at an animal shelter. I take it you don't work at one though.

The fact that I never know exactly what my job will be each day. I work at a temp agency so they can ask me to do pretty much anything, even if i'm working at the same place for a while.
