Does anyone know what's the problem? Everytime I go to the bathroom to take a dump

there's blood with the shit(sorry for the word). Until today, I went to the bathroom 3 times, one today, one yesterday and my first experience with this problem happened before yesterday. I never had this before, and this is starting to worry me. Does anyone have a clue what I might have?? The color is normal red but today is was kinda bright red. This is annoying. However, I feel no pain when I take the dump. Does anyone know?

 

Might be different things, like some infection or a little wound on the inside of your anus.

Google "blood in stool" and you might get better answers than any of us. Personally I'd suggest seeing a doctor if this worries you.

 

absolujtely see a dr, it could be hemeroids yes, but could be cancer too, that is 1 of the big warning signs at 17 the cancer risk isnt real high, but its possible, more likely its hemeroids or umm rough anal sex? could be a few things, but since its been a few days, not just once or twice id really get it checked out
certain drugs n meds could alsol cause stomach or intestinal bleeding
but no matter what its something u gotta get looked at, cause theres the possibility its something serius (possibility, i diodnt say probability so dont get too worried, your most likely fine, but you should be worried enough to get it checked out)

Blood in the stool over a prolonged period isn't normal, but if the blood is bright red it means it's fresh and was likely produced in the area of the rectum, versus the stomach or intestines, which could indicate a more serious problem. However, it still isn't normal if it's a regular occurance. Once in a while is normal, but if it continues you should probably get it checked out.

Yeah, I had a friend with the same problem and it was because he wasn't drinking enough water.

 

Not eating enough fiber can also do it. So can wiping too hard.

I just took a dump today and there was blood, watery blood kinda. It just scared me. When I take a shit, I just feel there's something down there but can't come out. Maybe it's the hemoroid thing you guys talked to me about. I haven't been drinking alot of water lately too so maybe that plays a role too. I have absolutely no idea.

 

if you have hemmorhoids (sounds like you might, with the feeling like somethings there but doesn't come out), not drinking enough water will make it harder to pass your stool, which will lead to more scraping and tearing of the hemorrhoids, leading to bleeding. bright red blood is much better than dark blood, which indicates it's higher in the intenstinal tract and most likely would require extensive medical treatment and/or surgery. drink more water, see a doctor, and don't strain too hard when you're doing the deed. if it doesn't wanna come out, eat some natural laxatives, like prunes/prune juice, coconut milk. caffeine (esp. black coffee) works wonders, but i would be careful not to consume too much because that will also decrease water content in your body as it is a diuretic. if you're really worried, and it continues or is an excessive amount of blood, you should see a doctor. by excessive amount of blood, i mean more than a few drops when you wipe. or blood you can see in the toilet, stuck to the fecal matter.

Sadly, I think that's what I currently have. But I drink water, maybe not that much but not none. I heard there's also a cream to treat this problem. I noticed when I go to the bathroom and finish, about an hour later I have to go again. You know the feeling that you have to go. Man, this stuff is weird, I haven't experienced anything like this before. Everytime I go to take a dump right now, I always think, will it have lots of blood or very little? You know all sorts of questions.

 

It might be mild diverticulitis or internal hemerroids. You definately need to see a physician.

 

You could always straddle a mirror and take a peek. See if anything looks wrong, or if you have fissures (little rips around the hole), they will be obvious.
