My ma is a manager type thing for a beef plant, paps is an ace of machinery repair for a water factory.
My father was a machinist-owned his own little shop for about 20 years. My mother died very young. She was going to medical school at night (while raising 2 babies-in 1962!), but the only job she ever had was waiting tables in HS. I'm an engineer working in environmental regulation and my hubby works for the highway dept. My daughter works in a medical office. I have one sister, who is a waste of oxygen-her kids are mostly drunks and skinheads.
my old man drives for some local companies now....... he used to be a meatcutter for 25+ years..... my mom is a first grade teacher. Im a cook supervisor at a sports bar/grille..... my younger brother works in a factory, making automotive seals.... the younger one after him works in a bank as a computer server specialist... the younger one after him works is a cook at an italian restaurant and does another job where he edits videos and commercials.... and my youngest brother is a front of the house/bar manager at a cajun restaurant
I forgot to mention that while my parents have both crossed over, I'm still very much alive. Mostly. I rehabilitate homes for the poor on the taxpayer dollar, and when that's not coming in I convert residences to handicapped accessible group homes for people who are wheelchair bound, mentally ill or in drug rehab programs.
My mom is lazy and my dad is the sales manager at a valve fabrication machine shop in town. My brother sacks groceries during the summer. I'm the day shift manager at Dairy Queen and Daniel is a graphics designer.
Robots.. Robots.... and more robots.......eventually Ill be a robot too,,, no wait I am a robot... we're all robots.. Im a robot , your a robot wouldn't you like to be a robot too...Be a robot....be a robot.....
Hmm... |sleep>computer>work>school>hangout>spendmoney| |smokeweedsmokeweedsmokeweedsmokeweedsmoke| My father is an aerospace engineer. Fighter jets. My mom is a social worker, runs a nonprofit org.
my dad currently works at the warehouse at a crappy tire (canadian tire), but he gets to switch over to housewears in a week or two which is nifty (he lurvs cooking so its good for him, plus les s physical labour which is fab since hes too damn skinny and works too hard). my mom manages product orders for a local electronics-building facility (new promotion and she has to deal with all the weirdo clients who order sporadically and in shitty quantities, shes stressed about it) my grandpa is like, 67 or some shit and still works at his own independently owned heavy duty repair shop, though he only usually works like 3-5 hours a day as opposed to the 8+ he used to do when i was younger. my grandma is his accountant well, she runs all the books n stuff for him. so cute. i use to help her out sometimes, adding stuff up. my step dad (whos since divorced my mom) works for the provincial gov't approving small business plans that use SK product and are locally made, blahblahblah. i get sweet locally made foods at xmas from him now though (mmmmmm the bestest cherry chocolates ever and i normally hate cherry chocolates, theyre hella expensive tho... he left the price tag on this year, silly goose) my bf only works during teh summer (since were both in school), last year he did overnight stock in shoes at wallyworld. i work at a movie rental store because the fringe benefits are sweet, my coworkers are awesome and its fairly close to home.
After the army my dad dropped out of business school and became a "stationary engineer" my mother took care of old people in their homes and nw they are btoh retired... my mom drinks beer and my dad surfs the net.
Both my parents retire this year. It's going to be nuts. They are both going to kill each other, I'm fairly certain.
My mom, before she died was a home care nurse. My dad works in construction. Me, I'm an Early Childhood Educator with a specialization in inclusion facilitation. I can go into early learning programs and work with educators, therapists and families to help develop individual programs for children that do not harm the integrity of the original program. But.........I am happily wasting my education and training by selling adult novelties and helping to educate women about their sexuality. And I love it!!
I am also an Early Childhood Educator! I facilitate parenting classes at a residence for young/single women who are pregnant right through until they find adequate housing and move into the community.
before my mom passed away last year she was the head of a juvenile detention facility My dad, now retired and dealing with the come on of Alzeimers was a business owner/ entrepreneur.. me- I am a full time explorer/seller of various merchandise/organizer/dad
