really? 90%? nooo.. I don't like them things personally, too expensive, too noisy and clothes smell really nice if you hang em up to dry outside.
I hang them outside when the weather gets nice. But I don't in winter. We have neighbours that do, but I am just not that hard core. I do hang things indoors that I don't want shrunk/ruined by the dryer.
our basement kinda smells musty, so no hanging there we dont have a hanging wire thingy outside to hang stuf fon, plus the kids in the other half of this duplex are total monsters, theyd probably throw dirt at the clothes so the dryer it is
i have to put quarters in my dryers. so i hang stuff on the shower rod to dry sometimes but sometimes i have to use the dryer. we can both take laundry to either of our parents house for free, though. so that is kindof nice.
I live with my parents, so I dry my clothes in the dryer..but once I move out I'm not gonna be able to afford any of that, so I'll be washing and drying the old fashioned way.
We did when we washed stuff in the tub, but now we have a nice dryer, so we don't have to do that anymore.
when it gets nice out in the spring...we pretty much air dry everything on the porch through most of the fall season
I always hang my clothes up outside. With the weather here, they actually take less time to dry outside than they would in a dryer(if I had one). But I don't use pegs, I hang them on hangers. Almost everybody here does that.
Too cold here. My clothes would freeze and probably shatter if I dropped them. LOL. Sucks, though, cuz I live in an apartment and the washer and dryer take quaters. Oh, well. That's life.
I hang delicate stuff.. but I like my clothes soft and un wrinkled. besides we have 5 dogs, so the lint trap is a dream come true.
I hang only jeans and towels. Jeans because they get frayed in the dryer, and towels cause they're too abrasive on the other clothes.
my mom always hangs clothes up... i'm in an apartment without a clothesline though, so i use the drier. i'll occasionally take them out and drape them around my apartment though, if they don't dry in one cycle
90% of people probably don't even have a dryer. Aanyhoo... I hang my clothes to dry outside in the summer because then the clothes will smell like sunshine dust.
