I don't remember if I asked this already... what is the absolute minimum length it will be possible to start dreading? I'm getting impatient my hair is at most 3 cm now... I think that's about one inch, maybe a bit more.
hmm id guess 2 inches, but depends on what ya mean by starting just wash it n dont comb it n your starting...it'll dread as it grows
For backcombing I would wait until your hair is at least six inches long if you are going to do it without wax Impatient and dreads don't really mix though mamos
I definitely don't want wax... I never brush or condition my hair anyway, was more wondering at what length it can start dreading on its own?
Well if you are going naglect then I would say the shorter the better within reason. Just wash with recommended soaps and wear woollen hats and swim in the sea and see what happens Simple mamos
