Actually the album the Mix-up by the beastie boys (yes them) is pretty cool. Its an instrumental real chill album. Its pretty much unlike anything they have ever put out before.

Sufjan Stevens is also pretty chill and a very interesting style of music too.

This question has been asked so many times! lol

Just search limewire for "classic rock," or "blues," or whatever..

Ther is so much chill music, but I think that definition is a lot different for many people. For instance right now I'm listening to "plain gold ring" by nina simone.. Not everyone is going to appreciate her music or her style..

So the only thing i can say is start with a genre that you like, and go from there. Just search and listen to music of that same genre by different artists until you can find new songs and new artists that you love.. :) Good luck. The search is difficult.

The Weavers, Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, anything mellow with lots of vocal harmonies (ie crosby stills) gets me happy when I'm stoned.

Yo La Tengo. See if you can get the albums "I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One" and "And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out." So good.
