Yes a cold water extraction.. Works great here is how simple it is


Crush up how many pills you want, I do about 10.
Put in a glass of cold water
stir for a couple of minutes
let it settle
next take a old shirt and filter into another glass
You can do it a couple of times
THEN DRINK
iTS THAT EASY AND THEN THROW ALL THE OTHER CRAP AWAY:drool:

 

Also this method will really save your liver..

Especially if your doing more than 4000mg of fillers or whatever the shit is called
