I got caught with e at school and i guess its a felony. I got arrested but the cop didn take me to juvi (im 15). Its my first time comitting a crime of any sort and i dont know whats gonna happen. Could u guys give me some advice or info?
how much E.. Do you have a lawyer,,, /have you received a summons for court.. Waht have you been charged with....
Cop a plea for simple possession... Dont pay a high priced lawyer for something a public defender can give you... unlesss you want your lawyer to prove it wasnt E.. Have they determined it was?> E... Now how confident do you feel about getting on with the rest of your life after this blows over..

I am 99% sure you will get a acd, that means if you are good for 6 months or a year depending what type of ACd the charges will get thrown out and will be off of your record.You only get one of these kid so thats it no more brakes after this. Don't worry kid when I was 16 I got caught with 4 grams of coke in the high school parking lot my junior year.The shit I got from my parents was way worse then what I got form the law, I endeed up getting a 6 month acd after going to court for 6 months. The second time I got arrested I was 17 almost 18 and I was caught with 5 Hits of LSD and half oz of weed all I got was 1 year probation. I mean it don't worry at all to much about the law worry about what your parents think more then anything. I like you was worried so bad what was going to happen but I have seen it so many times now when you are younger they go easy on you. Its when you are over 18and the charges start pilling up is when you get jail and prison time.I myself did not serve my first jail term until my 11th arrest I think it was I was 23 and it was for Robbery and Herion. I did 4 months in county jail. I live in New york where the laws are not that bad.
