We all love the nod, but when I nod off I get insainly realistic and detailed visions. Not really dreams b/c nodding is completely diffrent than falling asleep. I mean like Im there visions, extremely detailed and wake up not knowing where I am sometimes. Does everyone do this and it is just a part of nodding of deffinition I missed?

You got that right oxy the nodding is not like sleep at all it may look like it to a outside observer but its night and day from sleeping and the feeling is totaly different and so much better then the deepest sleep. The main thing that happens with me when I nod is total miscalculation of time. I could wake up from a nob and it feels like I was out for 3 to 4 hours, when in actuality its only about a 5 to 10 minute nod and vise versa. Some times if I am totaly fucked up I will wake up from a nod and think it was a nod I am waking up from about 4 or 5 gours ago, I guess like you kind of. Example The last time I got nice and high on Herion, The first time I nodded out good was at the was station I use to shoot up in the Bronx on the way back from scoring from the Ghetto. So I woke up from that nod and my frinds drove me home, anyways fast foward about 5 to 6 hours later, I nodded out again in my house when I woke up from that one I thought It was the nod from the gas station I was waking up from, It bugged me out for a second. Shit like that happens alot to me when I am real high on opiates.Weard shit can happen in the Nod ?????????

Haha, thats cool. One of the most detail ones I can remember was watching ants up close from an aerial view and following them around, there was so much detail. I just noded off a min ago off alot of tramadol (yea I know, didn't expect that). It was a cartoon dream with some weird 80's guy in it with sideburns and they were all speaking some weird language. Strange stuff but I love it!

My good nods usually turn into sleep tho....but i always wake up in between the nod and actual sleep so theres definatly a fine definition between nodding and sleeeping...

There's a reason why Morphine is named after Morphues, the God of Dreaming. ;)

most of mine are from things that i either had a conversation with somebody earlier that day or something on tv or a huge mixture of all of them completly jumbled up to make a story.....ud think they were a dream cause most people dream about events in their lives but ive never had as realistic of a 'dream' while not high.....cool shit......

nodding gives me the same feeling that I get when I'm sleeping and dreaming about falling and then I wake up and the bed is shaking like I just landed on it.
