People are so ignorant these days. Why would young Brits know who's Castro ? It doesnt concern them. Therefore, they dont really care.
To be fair though, it's not realy that relevant to todays political climate... good background though
Kids dont know anything these days - the majority [and i say the majority because i know it's not ALL, but it is a MAJOIRTY] are thick airheaded morons who think life is about going out and getting drunk. They dont understand - and they dont seem to want to. They dont have the gumption to get off their childish arses and learn. They dont care about anything, or anyone. They have no respect, not even for life. They need beating to within an inch of their lives and THEN some.
After his rant on wanting to kill every Muslim in the country, I can't really see anything he says as valid....
The greatest contradiction is how the classic image of Che Guevara has become a marketable and saleable commodity. Why should young people be educated and enlightened about revolutionaries, world politics and systems of society? God forbid they may begin to think for themselves and become politicised and do something about it, after all we must be living in an age through British society that political apathy is at its greatest; at least that's how I feel.
just because you dont want to buy a tee shirt dont think everyone has to become a fan of che's speeches. hahaha the guy was only famous becasue of some romantic notion that somehow he was a freedom fighter and his people loved him. He was a sort of rebel with good looks. Usually mosts socialists and communists look like a sumo wrestlers unwashed arse with spectacles. The guy wasn't exactly a genius of the left just a bloke with some ideas about equality and a gun snobby nose in the air attitude about reality - erm dont worry the stink will begin to hit your lofty ideals sooner than you think
