Always wanted to go there but never had anyone to go with. This year, incredibly my friends want to go even without my asking! Probably has something to do with Metallica headlining. Anyway, the prices are pretty steep and I'm gauging the risk of purchasing one - what if something comes up and I can't go? Can they be resold or do you need to have ID with you to prove that you are the one who originally bought the ticket?

They ship them out just two weeks before the show. I wonder if this is enough time to resell.

$240 though....damn...plus a flight there from Denver and camping gear and I'm out $600 at least. Tens of thousands make that trek every year so I'm guessing it's worth it.

if you have ticket in hand (NOT will call) you can resell. Legally, that's for face.
Here in Colorado, people are often looking for last minute "I got the time off/ lost my job/ happen to be traveling that way" tix all the time.
We have a few online groups that help with that.

Now, if the Roo sells crappy, you will have a hard time reselling.
