how much buckleys would i have to drink for the dxm to actually make me trip and how long does the trip last?
It's probably not a good idea to use buckleys. From http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/dxm/dxm_info2.shtml : Buckley's Mixture [DM] contains several herbal ingredients which may not be appropriate for high-dose use. Ammonium Carbonate,Potassium Bicarbonate,Menthol, & Camphor. The best way to robotrip is to use pills. Robotusin puts out a cough pill that contains only DXM, and there are several generic/store brands that are the same thing but cost less. If you can't find the pills and have to use a syrup then make sure the only active ingrediant is DXM. As for dose, I'm 300 pounds and 80x15mg gives me an average trip, and I have used 120x15mg for an extreme trip. So try to figure out from that what would be aplicable to your weight. Also, I used this stuf alot, so I might be more tolerant. Also you should read the info at www.erowid.org to make a good informed decision.
holy shit..80 pills..DO NOT DO THAT FOR YOUR FIRST TIME!!!! try around 10 to 15 pills..you wont get any visuals but pretty dissacociated.
I wasn't recomending he do 80, I said that I do 80 but that I'm 300 pounds and tolerant. But you're right, he should do a low dose if it's his first time.
I took 300mg's my first time (in the robo pills). It was pretty strong, but I could have handled more. I'm 160lbs btw.
Any drug is 100x better. The shitty disassociated hang over is not worth that kind of high. Once your over 16 its a juvenille thing to do in my opinion.
but they don't sell a hit of LSD for 6 bucks at Shoppers. Availability is the sole reason for DXM's popularity. And to be honest, it is sorta interesting, especially when you read about the plateaus. It's the only drug I've found where the effects change so noticeably based on different dosage.
i took 400 m.g. my first time and had a completely positive experience. theres nothing wrong with dxm but it [isses me off when i see people taking tripple c's. i mean jesus just get robotussin, its right there next to it theres no reason to risk it. as for buxley's since u live in canada id probably play it safe and skip it, or keep the dose low (200 m.g.-just a guess not sure, it just says "high dose" and thats generally considered not very high)
