A friend of mine told me that you could take weed out on a cruise but that you could never get away with bringing it back. He used to work on one. However with today's hightened security I don't think I would risk it, especially in NY.
My cousin just got back from a 10 day cruise. He is a total head but only took about 15 j's with him. Advice only take don't try to bring back when you pull into home port dump your stash (if you have any left) also watch out for the cruise ship employees some have the ability to bust you. don't do it... I work in a cruise building were the people have to wait to get on the ship and they do have drug dogs... I have seen them... I got to pet one of the dogs last Friday.... bad idea not worth it..... don't be stupid man

ive been on cruises and theydont search when you get on, but when you come back there is herds of german shepards just waiting to find some grass. i wouldnt ever bring any on, just buy some where your going. ive been to jamaica, and people there actually ask if you want ganja. i didnt smoke back then, but if i did i would have invested in some jamican grass.
In the past two years I went on two cruises: a Royal Caribbean cruise and a Princess cruise. Neither were strict or had dogs on the way in, but watch out on the way back. You have to go through customs and everything. I bought two glass pipes and more marijuana paraphenalia in Canada and they didn't take it away or anything.
