Here's a quick and easy recipe I ALWAYS make and have available at all times....smooth peanut butter bars smothered in chocolate...for the ingredients:

    1 stick of margarine, melted
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

    for the topping:
    3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Now for the process...melt the margarine in the microwave being careful not to brown it, you just want it melted. Add in your graham cracker crumbs, stir and let sit for a minute or two. Add in the peanut butter and mix well (it'll look a little runny and chunky but it'll come together). Then add in the powdered sugar. It seems when you first add it in that it's gonna be WAY too much, but I guarantee it will come together and be fine. Press this mixture into a foil lined pie pan (9 inch) and smooth it out so the top is all nice and even. Put in the fridge and let it cool. While it's cooling, take your chocolate chips and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds to start. Take them out and stir and if neccessary, put them back in for 10 seconds. You want them to be melted, not cooked. Stir in the peanut butter and once its mixed, pour onto the cooled peanut butter/graham cracker mixture. Put back in the fridge and let them set up for an hour or 2. Cut into slices or bars and enjoy. Keep refridgerated as well. Enjoy.
